Our technical service department comprises of a national team of dedicated renal dialysis service engineers who are fully trained on the Dialog+ machine and have extensive experience in the renal technical field.

The field based team cover the whole of the UK and is able to provide full service support either directly or if desired, in conjunction with the local team of hospital renal technicians. We can offer a variety of service contract options depending on your requirements.

We also run comprehensive basic, advanced and update training courses for hospital renal technicians on the B. Braun Haemodialysis machines.

All our field service engineers are CRB checked.
